For a one-night stop in transit, this worked well enough, and I’d recommend it for that. The area felt safe, and staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean; the air con and shower both worked, and the bed was comfortable enough. There were four thin pillows, though I’d rather have two regular ones. Soap and shampoo were supplied, along with two clean, basic towels. There was no mini fridge or drinking water in the room. WiFi was patchy. I managed a WhatsApp call and a YouTube video, but fast forwarding was too much for it. The cable TV worked. Getting around was easy, with plenty of trikes, and Island City Mall was about an 8-minute ride away. 7-11, Dunkin, McDonalds, local restaurants, bakeries, and fruit sellers were roughly a 7-10 minute walk. A few small improvements would make it feel worth a slightly higher price and could earn it five stars. As it is, it’s fine for a night’s rest while passing through.

I felt at home during my one-night stay. The room was roomy and very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was hot water in the shower. The manager was so warm and friendly, and took care of everything, including arranging things for me so I could make my flight. Thanks so much. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The place felt gloomy, and the internet was barely there. Getting work done or even casual browsing was a struggle. It didn’t meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t suggest it to anyone wanting a comfortable, lively stay with a reliable connection.

The staff were friendly, and the room had enough space. It’s also not too far from the city centre. The problem was the internet, which crawled along at only 4mbps. Mobile data was intermittent in the area too, so the WiFi really needs improvement.

For what you pay, this is a nice family-run place and the staff are really helpful. The WiFi works, though it’s slow, which seems reflected in the price. My room cost about the same as a Big Mac meal in England.
