8/10
The room was roomy and very clean, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. There was a strong, nasty smell in the bathroom whenever the water ran. I don't know if it came from the drain or the water tank, but it smelled like a drainage ditch. Getting to the room means using stairs, and all that walking could get tiring if you're staying more than three days. It's a good place overall, though the bathroom odor really needs attention.

The staff were very accommodating, and it was a clean, comfortable place to stay. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The room looked clean, but the linens smelled old and the pillows had saliva marks. Wi-Fi stopped working in the middle of the night, and you could hear someone bathing next door and footsteps from above because the soundproofing is poor. The hallway smelled bad too, and the location wasn't very accessible. I stayed one night. This might do for a day or two, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

It's a budget friendly place with friendly, accommodating staff and free Wi-Fi. I stayed three days, and the room rate felt fair. There's a nearby turo-turo if money is tight, and Jollibee is about 500 meters away. I'd consider staying here again the next time we have a seminar in Tagbilaran.

For 800 pesos for one night on my own, it wasn't bad. My room was clean and had its own CR, mirror, TV, and AC. The staff provided good service, and there's a convenience store downstairs with other businesses nearby. I only wish the windows opened instead of being fixed, since sometimes I want fresh air and don't want to use the AC.
