Arabelle Suites

Coming back to the hotel, we were met with looks that made it seem as if the staff didn't think we belonged there. Their judgmental manner left us uncomfortable. They were unfriendly, and charging me 480,000 VND over a toothpaste stain on a towel felt unfair and unprofessional. A very disappointing stay.

The place was clean, and the rooms were great, so it worked well enough for a short stay. The sheets and covers had some big stains, though, which was disturbing, and the staff weren't very approachable.

The pool was better than I expected, and despite the hotel's age, it was quite good. Staff were good, and the food was tasty, though the portions were small. Check-in time is strict. The downside was a very loud event in the rental space downstairs that could be heard on the second floor.

We only stayed one night at Arabelle Suite in Purok Cogon, Tagbilaran, Bohol, and it was comfortable and convenient. Having a Jollibee branch just steps away made it easy to grab something to eat. The suite was clean, with modern furnishings and thoughtful decor that gave it a relaxing, homey feel. Staff were warm and efficient, and took care of what we needed. It exceeded our expectations as a place to stay in Tagbilaran, and we'd recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere cozy and handy.
