Clarkton Hotel

I like to finish my Philippines business trips here, and after staying regularly for three years, it's become my favorite. I'll be back on future visits. The front desk staff are very, very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate having an ATM inside the hotel. The courtyard has a lovely pool and a restaurant with delicious food. Even with the good location, it's quiet and peaceful, just right for relaxing before heading home. The facilities, service and reasonable price make it great value. Highly recommended.

The Wi-Fi speed and coverage could be better. I didn't try the free shuttle because my stay was short, though the hotel's location between Angeles City and Koreatown is a little awkward. The rooms are older but clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the outdoor pool is decent. The food is particularly good. There's also a massage shop and barbershop on site, and the bar stays open 24 hours. For a reasonable price, it's an excellent place.

The room was huge, comfortable and clean, and the staff went out of their way to be polite and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here. They have a handy, inexpensive private ride service for 300 pesos. Rooms start at 2200, and there's a great restaurant at a reasonable price, plus a lovely bar and swimming pool.

We met several people here to talk about possible collaboration. Sitting at a poolside table, we had pica pica food, a few beers and lots of conversation. It was quiet enough for a good talk, and parking wasn't an issue. I can't rate the rooms since we only came for the meeting.
