The staff were really helpful, and the room itself was okay. Still, I wouldn't choose it for a longer visit: the stained blanket, missing hand soap, and towels in poor shape added up. It's probably fine for a night or two if you need somewhere quick. The location is good, but on the second floor I had a lot of trouble with the shower and water pressure.

The little outdoor area was a lovely place to sit or have breakfast, and the staff were warm and accommodating. My room was clean, a comfortable size, and the air conditioner was quiet and cool. The rate felt fair for a hotel in the heart of Panglao. Daytime construction and live band music at night did make it harder to rest, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. It's a handy base if you want to be close to everything.

The Wi-Fi was so weak that it was hard to stay connected, and the room's water supply kept being unreliable. There wasn't a bedside table, which was frustrating. The air conditioner sat right above the bed and made the room uncomfortably cold; we got sick. Outside construction, especially early in the morning, was unbearable, and loud conversations from staff made it difficult to rest. I know it's a budget hotel, but these problems made the stay disappointing.

The room was pretty standard for a budget hotel, and we chose it for its location near Alona beach. But the noise from construction nearby, along with staff running around and talking loudly, was unbearable, especially in the afternoon. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. One night nothing came through the plumbing, so we couldn't shower, flush, or brush our teeth. They gave us a pail to catch water when the tap started flowing, and my partner and I had to ration what we could get.
