It's a cute place, but the shared bathroom was a downside. The shower has no water pressure, and the toilet is supposed to flush but doesn't, so you have to pour in a lot of water yourself. With many people using it, it can get pretty gross.

The room was comfortable and had a TV, a closet, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom isn't inside the room, which made things harder, and the CR and shower room are very small. It's also near the malls in Tagbilaran. The food is good since it's cooked by their own restaurant. Service was moderate because we had trouble understanding each other. They're Visaya and we're Tagalog, and sometimes we tried English in case that worked better than Tagalog, but it seemed useless too. All in all, it's good.

The price was great, and the staff were upbeat and helped when they could. They also arranged a motorbike for me. I had an awesome night's stay. The bathroom is shared, but that wasn't a big deal. I'd recommend it to others.

We arrived for our two-night reservation and found random people living in the house. They said the place had recently been sold and Francesca's Inn no longer operated there. The hotel should have canceled and refunded our booking when it went out of business. Instead, they took our money and didn't even contact us. We had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute, at higher prices. A terrible experience.

The room was good, but the receptionist didn't know who was still in it. There didn't seem to be proper coordination with the other workers.
