The staff made check-in and check-out easy, and they were friendly and accommodating. We stayed one night at Imperial Ridge Pension House, where the clean, well-kept room had the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable short visit. It’s a convenient, affordable option if you just need a no-fuss place to rest.

We had intermittent water, and the shower didn't work. Both the room and comfort room were dirty and stained. There was no telephone in the room, so you had to go to the desk in person with any concern. When we returned late at night, there was no staff member to open the gate. We had to call their hotline many times before someone let us in. I wouldn't recommend staying here in Tagbilaran.

8/10
The location was nice, the price reasonable, and breakfast was included. We stayed three days and found it good enough overall. The room had no Wi-Fi signal, so we had to go downstairs near reception to get online. The air conditioning wasn't working well either, and we had to ask for an electric fan. The staff weren't accommodating or friendly.

The room was clean, and the place felt like home. The staff were really good to us and did their best to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The room was spacious, but the plumbing fixtures and cabinetry both need a lot of improvement.
