The building's overall quality honestly isn't that good, and some units have leakage problems. There are also two new buildings under construction nearby since early 2025, so you're likely to get woken up quite often. The staff, including the concierges, secretary guards, and cleaners, are kind and caring toward residents.

It's easy to walk to anywhere in BGC from this spot, with Uptown mall across the street and restaurants and small groceries downstairs. The area is quieter than places right beside party spots. Security and the amenities are nice. The gym equipment could be upgraded, though it's still okay. I wish they'd extend the GYM hours and let residents use an Rfid card instead of signing in manually each time.

The concierge staff and lady guard at Tower 2 were rude and disrespectful. They were also sharing confidential information about tenants, which is highly inappropriate. I hope Avida reviews their conduct and professionalism, since concierge staff are the frontline representatives residents and visitors deal with.

We had a lovely view from our room, and the unit we rented for 3D2N was well-maintained and had the basic amenities. Uptown mall is just a few walks away. The pool wasn't crowded, even though it was Sunday, and our kids had a great time there and at the playground. We're definitely coming back for another staycation.

The staff are friendly and always smiling. Laundry and drinking water are available for pickup and delivery. I just didn't get much sense of community here, since it feels like the residents barely interact.
