The lobby staff were superb, and the unit was old but clean. Parking will be a challenge, so make sure your room comes with a spot. The people outside who handle parking couldn’t give me enough information on how to get one.

Of the nine residences I’ve stayed in, this is the best condo I’ve lived in so far. The facilities are well maintained, the staff are friendly, and it’s close to my office, Venice Mall, BGC, and other places.

I lived here for a year and was happy with it. The building is a little old, but maintenance is good and the staff are polite and fairly helpful. The pools are lovely and usually not busy, though they’ve been closed for a few months for maintenance. There’s pest control every month, but there’s still a small cockroach problem. I guess that’s something you get used to in Manila homes, regardless of class. The area is nice, with Venice Mall just 1 minute away, but it’s pretty boring otherwise, since there isn’t much to do besides go to the mall. You can walk to BGC along Lawton ave, which takes maybe 15 minutes.

The rooftop pool is a nice feature, and the gym is better than the ones in nearby towers. The property is well kept, and even the entrance makes a good impression.
