I had a smooth stay from check-in through checkout and would book again next time I'm in BGC. It's a handy, budget-friendly place for a solo traveler. The room was clean and fine for a night's sleep, though the bed wasn't very comfortable. Thankfully, the pillows were. Breakfast options were limited, and staff ask you to choose at check-in if breakfast is included in your rate. There's a smart TV, good WiFi, hot water, and basic hair and shower gel, but no dental kit. You'll need to leave a 1000php security deposit, refundable at checkout if nothing happened in your room. There's also an onsite coffee shop and gym.

The front office welcomed me with warm smiles, and the staff kindly helped with my bags. I had a wonderful, restful stay and felt it was worth every penny. The price was great too.

We stayed three days for work and felt it was worth the cost. The front desk lady was friendly, kind, and accommodating, and the hotel replied to inquiries promptly. Wi-Fi was amazing, the aircon and water heater worked well, and drinking water was free. We had a small keycard problem, but facilities fixed it urgently. I'll definitely stay here again. It's the best value accommodation I've been to so far.

I only had my passport ID with me, but I complied since I'd already paid. They photocopied my ID, which felt like an invasion of privacy. With phishing attacks and fraud so common these days, that made me uneasy. In countries like France and Portugal, that's illegal.
