We like coming back because the place and the surrounding spots are kid and pet friendly. Downstairs it gets really windy, and everything is just around the corner. It can be a little expensive, so you just have to be smart about it.

The rent is cheap for such an awesome location. The condo is a bit old, I think it's one of the first ones in bgc, but I've had a good experience living here. There were some problems at first. The staff and guards are really friendly, though, and they take action when you ask for something to be fixed or cleaned. You just have to treat them with respect. I've never had them be rude to me.
