It's a quiet place and good for jogging. Lots of people come here, including cyclists every Sunday. There are cats around too, and someone looks after them. Cute!

I live here, and so far we like it. Only Towers A and B are fully operating; the other buildings are still being built, and the mall is a work in progress too.

The gym has good workout equipment, and there’s a pool table for relaxing. I enjoyed my short stay here. The unit’s finishes were good, from the tiles and built-in appliances to the toilets and wardrobes. The location is great too, within walking distance of venice mall and close to SM aura and market market.

Park McKinley West is in a great spot, part of Fort Bonifacio and walkable to BGC. It’s quiet for now, with wide roads, though the area is still being developed. We visited and found the facade matched the digital images we saw before arranging an in-person visit, so there were no surprises. The lobby isn’t like Uptown Arts, but the intended market is different, and it has a decent, elegant feel rather than a grand one. I’ve seen negative reviews focus on the builder generally instead of this property itself. We’ve stayed in several Ayala-built Airbnb places in BGC, and they have issues too, as buildings do regardless of who built them. At turnover, hire an architect to inspect the unit. Staff check who we are whenever we enter, which we appreciate for safety. We give both the property and its location five stars.
