The staff were kind and approachable, and they responded quickly when we needed something. That’s why I gave the service four stars. The location was disappointing. It’s somewhere I’d never have imagined a hotel or lodge could be, and you have to travel along damaged roads to get there. Waze didn’t take us to the exact place, and Grab canceled our bookings twice. If you’re a discerning hotel guest, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

They should let guests know when construction is going on. How are you supposed to rest with all that noise right above your room? The worst part was the customer service, and everything else was bad too.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and I found a dead cockroach on the complimentary water. The water pressure was poor, and I couldn't adjust the AC temperature or fan. The staff were rude and didn't seem to know anything about RedDoorz. I wouldn't book through them again.

I ended up backing out of the overnight booking. I'm from the province and didn't know the area, and the taxi driver warned me before I got out that it could be chaotic and to be careful. The road was narrow, with potholes and mud, and there were lots of people drinking along it. I wasn't expecting a particular ambiance, but the situation made me uncomfortable.
