Disaster. I booked a condo unit through this Airbnb-type property because I had to be at work by 8 the next morning. I arrived at 4pm on June 16, 2019, an hour late for the 2pm check-in, and was told there was no room. Past 6pm I still hadn’t checked in. Only after I called Agoda did the property staff get in touch and offer a room with foul-smelling bedding and a locked bathroom. They kept giving reasons for when it would be unlocked, but at 10pm the door was still locked, so I gave up and went home. Agoda later said the property would contact me about resolving or compensating me for the trouble. Someone named Mica texted, and when I called, she offered to move my June 16 stay to another day plus one free night. I hadn’t decided when to use it, so I said I’d text her. When I later sent the dates she’d promised, there was no reply. I kept messaging until she claimed I’d already asked Agoda for a refund. I can’t even remember what she meant, or if she was trying to avoid her obligation. I saw other reviews afterward and wasn’t surprised that someone else had recently had the same experience. I don’t recommend this property. If you want a relaxing stay, find somewhere else nearby.
