Cozy Apartment With Private Room in Vibrant Taguig

The quiet atmosphere was a pleasant surprise in such a lively part of Bonifacio Global City, and getting to shops, restaurants, and entertainment was easy. EGPrivate Hotel felt comfortable for both working and unwinding, with clean modern rooms and helpful touches like quick Wi-Fi and prompt room service. The staff Manager had was warm from the moment I arrived, and I felt welcome right away. I’d happily stay again.

The room was lovely, and whenever I needed help, someone responded within minutes. Room service runs 24/7, which was handy. It was easy to find, too. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The cozy room and kind, friendly housekeepers were the bright spots, but the price for a single night felt too high. My main concern never got resolved. A member of EG’s management said he would help, then left me waiting without doing anything, and I really disliked how he treated me. The whole stay was upsetting, and I wouldn’t return to EG Private House.

I spent seven days here on a personal vacation, and this was one of my most disappointing stays. Park Suites 2 seems like a nice building, but the unit was far from the online photos and didn’t feel worth the price. Management staff were polite and did try to help, and I appreciated the airport pickup and the welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Those were the only real positives. The biggest problem was the bed: it was just a box spring with bedding, with no mattress. The manager brought mattresses from other units several times, but each one was another box spring. Eventually, the manager said all the rooms only had box springs. I was told I could try to cancel, though they were sure Expedia wouldn’t see it as a contract breach. That made me think this had happened before. I couldn’t get through to a person at Expedia and gave up, so I bought a foam topper at the mall just to sleep. Other parts of the unit were disappointing too. The furniture was cheap and mismatched, and an flimsy outdoor-style table served as both kitchen table and desk. There was a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts on the balcony, and what looked like a pile of rubbish and construction debris right outside my room. The bathroom had mold where water wasn’t draining, so I wore sandals in the shower. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. Housekeeping barely came by. After day one, nobody checked on me or replaced towels or essentials. I didn’t see staff again until the weekend, six days into the stay, when they brought water and basic items and offered to change the sheets. The listing appears on several travel sites, including Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend it to U.S. guests unless the basics are fixed and the property is represented accurately.
