Rosewood Pointe Residences

One of the best communities in Taguig. The garden is amazing, and it stays so quiet both day and night. DMCI always creates a great atmosphere for most homeowners.

The place felt peaceful and secure, with guards checking visitors at both the Acacia Estate entrance and again at Rosewood Pointe. I liked walking among the trees, and there’s a coffee shop inside the community with a supermarket nearby. The older building was clean and looked properly maintained, and the swimming pool was big and clean too. I came to see the unit and got attached to the atmosphere. It’s convenient for getting around, and I’m excited about moving in and living here.

The pet situation is especially unpleasant: some owners let their pets pee in the building corridors, and the floors smell like a slum. Ask them to control their pets and they take offense. It can feel like the badly behaved residents call the shots while people who follow the rules have to stay quiet to avoid conflict. Noise is another major problem. Events with loud music and other noisy activities are allowed in common areas right in front of units. If you work nights and need to sleep in the afternoon or evening, it can feel almost impossible, and I think it can leave you depressed and eventually sick. There are some good neighbors, but many seem undisciplined and inconsiderate, with little sense of community. Some think paying association dues means they can ignore the rules. If they don’t want rules, I think they should live in independent houses and stop disturbing others. You pay for a condo expecting security and rules that help people live peacefully. That hasn’t been my experience at Rosewood Pointe. It needs more common sense and discipline. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I’d look for better value for the money. The large pool looked inviting, and I liked the green space. We visited to view the property, though, and the buildings looked old and poorly maintained.
