The building feels safe, the staff are kind, and the shared areas are kept quite clean. The trouble was inside the units: some of the original plumbing was poorly done and took a lot of expensive repairs.

The pool was clear and clean, and the staff and guards were friendly. This condo building is in a great BGC location, with malls and other attractions easy to reach on foot. Nearby are several Starbucks Reserves, Bonifacio High Street, SM Aura Premier, Market Market, TGI Fridays, Dennys and more. You can buy a condo here or arrange a long or short term rental.

Parking is a problem, though Market Market is an option. The floor and walls were cracked, and there was a long hair strand left on the hairbrush. The caretaker also forgot to mention the welcome amenities. It's a good place, but needs some improvement.

There’s nowhere for visitors to park. Drop-offs have to be really quick since only one car fits, and you don’t want the driver behind you cursing while they wait for you to unload.
