We were really disappointed with our stay. The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel, but we never got to use it because guests have to get a day pass, and passes are only available until 6:00 PM. We're on vacation and usually spend the day exploring, so we got back around 8:00 or 9:00 PM. By then, passes weren't available and the pool was completely empty. We explained this to the guard on duty, but there was no flexibility or consideration, even for the kids who wanted a short swim before bed. Being turned away from an amenity we expected to enjoy, when nobody else was using it, was incredibly frustrating. The policy made the stay feel restrictive instead of relaxing. We won't stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about guest experience or customer service.

The plane noise is hard to ignore during the day, and it can keep waking you if you sleep late or are a light sleeper. At night, there are far fewer planes. Since Grace is close to the airport and under the flight path, make sure your unit is soundproofed or the stay could be miserable.

The pool situation was the last straw for our family. After spending a hot, humid day exploring BGC, my son was excited for a swim, but guests need to collect free tickets from an office in another building on the 7th floor. It’s only open from 9am to 6pm. We were third in line and waited 45 minutes. We usually left early and got back late, so this made no sense for visitors. Even though the pool was empty, the tickets were included in our stay, and I showed messages from the condo owner, the guard still refused to let us in. The kids were upset and my son was teary eyed. The guard didn’t check with management or try to help. It felt like enforcing the rule mattered more than welcoming guests. This place is not tourist-friendly or family-friendly, and I won’t return. We were a family of four with children aged 16 and 10, and our stay at Grace Residences Tower 3 in Taguig was a frustrating mess instead of a relaxing visit. The condo was dirty, with cockroaches crawling around, not just a little dust. On top of that, airplane noise made it hard to sleep. For the money, basic cleanliness should be expected. Avoid Grace Residences, especially Tower 3, if you want a clean, flexible, enjoyable stay. Not recommended.

I stayed in multiple units, but this review is about the complex’s guards and staff. People say the guards are arrogant, and I found them cheeky and unwilling to help. It felt like they were looking for ways to charge money, including 300 pH a day for scooter parking and extra charges for the pool. I sat in the garden with a beer for 10 minutes to get some air, and a guard tried to fine me without warning. Be careful, it seems they’re always watching for a way to get money from you.
