The staff were pleasant, and the service seemed average. I didn't use the amenities, so I can't really judge that part and kept my service rating neutral. Food was okay, nothing special. The room has clearly seen better days and needs renovating to keep up with other places. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was poor.

Mr. Melos, the owner, arranged motorcycles for us to rent and even drove us into the city himself. We loved the place, and really appreciated his help.

We only meant to rent tanks, but the owner's knowledge and generosity led us to some of the island's best dive sites. They felt world-class, and the underwater scenery was stunning. While we waited for high tide, he made us coffee and showed us around the area. It made for an unforgettable weekday dive with friends at Agta Beach Resort. He was incredibly accommodating, and we're looking forward to diving with him again when we return. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced divers alike.

We stayed five nights because we kept extending our visit. It's a friendly, family-owned beach resort. A passing boat sold us fish and urchins, and the staff grilled the larger ones for us, then made sinigang with the smaller ones the next day. The cold beer was great and well priced.
