RedDoorz near Talisay District Hospital

I won't stay at Red Door again. For 700pesos, the savings weren't worth it. The room was noisy all night because the aircon wasn't sealed, so I could clearly hear traffic and horns from the street. The water came out brown at first, and I had to let it run for five minutes before it cleared. The shower then needed another five minutes for enough pressure to get a little water through the spigot, and the hot water heater wouldn't turn on. When I managed to turn it on the next morning, the bathroom lights flickered as if they might electrocute someone or trigger a seizure. They stopped flickering when I switched the heater off. After showering, the floor felt greasy. The sheet was frayed and marked with pen, there were spider webs in the corners, and the small night stand was broken and turned around with its back facing out.

The price is good and the location works. I happened to get a room with weak water pressure, though, and the wash basin in Room 303 smelled bad whenever I used it.

I wasn't impressed. It didn't feel worth the price.

Booking online was easy and the price was very reasonable. The place was clean, and they provided two free bottles of water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.
