Robie'S Transients Rooms

The rooms have hot showers, and the location is handy for terminals heading both north and south, with a direct road to a mall. I had a good five-day stay overall. The reception is at the front store and there's no sign to distinguish it for people asking questions or checking in. They also ask for the total payment amount, which was a hassle when I had the Agoda booking confirmation and its electronic receipt. What if someone else had booked and paid for me? There are no meals or breakfast at the transient, and no room service, so you'll need to order online or walk around to find food.

The road noise was so loud that it tipped the whole stay into being too much. The place is almost cheap enough that I could overlook the other problems: there's no toilet seat, toilet paper, or soap, and the bed's fairly comfortable. The AC doesn't make cold air, just acts like a fan, and you can't point the airflow at yourself because it only blows at the roof. It's a bed and a shower, but with all that noise, the low price isn't quite enough.

The 24-hour store is on the ground floor. It's a convenient place, though you don't come for the atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean, the shower had hot water, and the AC was strong.

There were loads of cockroaches in my room, and they told me they're protein I could eat. It was the worst hotel in the Philippines. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep either.
