Alona Garden Suites

Alona garden suites was a quiet place to relax, and I had no regrets staying there. The staff were friendly, kind, and easy to approach. They gave us very good service and were accommodating. The pool was really clean and cold. I recommend this place.

We liked how quiet and peaceful Alona Garden Suites felt, even though Alona Beach and other key spots were close by. Our rooms and the shared areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place up to a high standard. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but that wasn't a problem for us. Plenty of places to eat and convenience stores are within walking distance, with options for different tastes and budgets. It's a calm, clean, affordable place to stay in Panglao, and I'm already looking forward to my next Bohol trip.

A cool dip in the pool just outside our door was a great way to start the sunny mornings. Our room was spacious, especially the large, very comfortable bed. The place stayed peaceful, with only roosters crowing in the morning. That's island life, and we found it charming. This was our second place to stay in Bohol, and we liked it much more than our first, which was noisy and too close to the main road. Here, a small lane keeps things quiet, yet the main road is just a three-minute motorbike ride away. It felt like a nice balance. Laundry was 200 PHP per load with no weight limit, which seemed like a great deal. Drinking water was supplied only on the first night, but there's a small restaurant where you can refill bottles, a more eco-friendly option than getting plastic bottles every day. We also found nice local restaurants within walking distance, so meals were easy. Quiet, clean, convenient, and with a lovely pool. We'd recommend it.

We ended up needing an extra night unexpectedly, and the staff handled it perfectly. They were also super nice and helpful arranging all the trips we needed in Bohol. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the outdoor area was great. We used the pool a lot. There are a lot of resorts in the same alley as Alona Garden Suites, and to us this one clearly offered the best quality for the price. Definitely recommend it!
