There seems to be potential here, so I hope management addresses these problems. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly: there were cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom and comfort room, and one pillow had hair on it. The shampoo was like dishwashing liquid, lol. There was no towel rack by the shower, and the rusty door knobs didn't work. It was upsetting to see lots of staff sitting around at the entrance doing nothing.

The resort may be quite old, but the rooms still should have been clean. Ours was very dirty, with dusty sheets, a dusty floor, and no pillow covers when we arrived. The comfort room had no lights, and its floor was wet and dirty. The photos on the booking sites are clickbait, and the rooms vary from one another.

We had made a reservation and paid 10k in advance, but when we arrived the place wasn't clean and the pool had "kiti kiti." The staff were rude. We didn't stay and asked for our money back, but the owner wouldn't return it. Terrible and very disappointing.

Service was good and the room was nice. The pool was clean and made from alkaline, with no chlorine. Be careful with the bukal, though. Don't drink it if you have allergies or a low immune system.
