Lazuli Resort

A spectacular couple of nights at this wonderful hotel. It’s right on the beach, with a little fishing village next door. There are no stores, which suited us fine. Great setting and lovely people. John was especially kind and helpful, as were the rest of the team. Excellent recommendation 🤩🤩🤩

We spent a week at Lazuli on Alimanguan Beach in San Vicente, Palawan, and it was a beautiful family stay. The staff were warm and helpful from the start, and really went out of their way for us. Our large, modern room had a cozy couch, smart TV, very comfortable beds, and a hot shower with strong water pressure. We felt safe, comfortable and at home. Having a pool, beachfront access and breakfast included at the restaurant was a treat. We kept coming back to the Filipino dishes on the menu. For us surfers, it was special to be right in front of the Alimanguan surf break, with a place to park our boards and good security. This is where the Last Frontier International Competition and the national competition were held, helping promote surfing in San Vicente and the Philippines. Being somewhere that supports the local surf community made the experience mean even more. Thanks so much, Lazuli Resort, for hosting our family and for the memories. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

We stayed three nights and didn’t know a surf competition was happening when we arrived. There was a party beside Lazuli, so it got noisy at night. Still, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and helped us sleep through it. The pool was good. Bring mosquito spray.

The room was spacious and clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I liked the bar too. It’s the best resort, in my opinion. I recommend it and will definitely come back.
