Hotel Felicidad

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the old building has some limits for accessibility. We liked the first-floor room, though road noise was noticeable and made it hard to rest. It’s a Spanish colonial hotel with air conditioning and indoor plumbing, in a great spot. The cobblestone walk leads into a lively city.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the service staff were welcoming.

We only stayed one night on our way to another place, but the staff made things easy. They helped carry our bags up to the room and later pack our things onto the motorbikes. The room was really nice and clean, and the location was great too. We’d recommend this hotel!

Room 111 was huge and clean, with one queen bed and plenty of space for two or three more single beds. Our toddler had room to run around. The air conditioning and hot and cold shower both worked well during our three days and two nights. We loved how close everything was, from restaurants and activities to convenience stores and pasalubong shops. The staff were courteous, professional, and accommodating, and even offered free shuttle service. We loved our time here and highly recommend it for a memorable stay in the Heritage City.
