Staying at Villa Angela felt like living in a museum, which was quite an experience. I loved the rooms, and the family member who showed me around was a wonderful guide. After seeing other museums in Vigan, it was lovely to find that my hotel was an even better museum, with better Aircon too. Evelinne, Marichris, and Tony were wonderful hosts. The modern bathrooms have been added tastefully for convenience. If you’re after a modern resort, go somewhere else.

We met the owner before booking, and they were super nice. The house has a beautiful, authentic feel, the location is good, and the caretakers were very nice too. The traditional food was yummy. This is the best place to get the experience of staying in an ancestral house in Vigan, highly recommended! The traditional costumes that used to be at Arce Mansion, now closed, are available to rent here at Villa Angela for a cheap price.

A magnificent historic hotel in a beautiful setting. It was very clean, the owner was lovely, and it had air-conditioning, good parking, and other facilities.

A great place, with rooms better than the ones at the local museum. The people were great too, and breakfast was superb.

Such a beautiful place, and the hosts made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful time here, like being at home away from home. I really recommend staying here if you visit Vigan.
