We booked for three, but at checkout found that the room given to us was a standard room, even though we were told it was a superior queen room meant for two. The extra mattress was just on the floor, and we weren’t told before booking that unused accommodation wouldn’t be refunded. It’s only a couple of minutes from Calle Crisologo, but I won’t book here again. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. The toilet was awkwardly placed beside the shower door and hard to sit on, and the hot shower didn’t work. I’d look elsewhere next time.

A quiet place along the main road, with friendly, courteous staff and a decent, clean room. The parking was the best part, really spacious. Calle Crisologo is within walking distance.

The staff were the best part for me, so respectful and friendly. It’s about five minutes from the museum. Thanks to ANA for opening the breakfast room so we could have coffee before leaving at 3:30 am. The hotel is great and very updated. Highly recommended.

My family and I enjoyed the service at Dy Heritage Suites. The staff were so accommodating, and everything was clean and tidy, including the towels, sheets, and pillows. There’s no curfew, so you can head out to take pictures at the plaza, like the Dancing Water fountain and horse caleza. We were 101% satisfied overall. Thank you!

I was in Vigan for less than 24 hours, so this was a short stay, and generally it was pleasant. The staff and service were almost good. A few minutes after I checked in, around 3 pm, someone knocked while I was in the washroom. I didn’t want to shout back, but had to when the knocking continued. She only wanted to ask what I’d like for breakfast the next day. She could’ve waited for me in the lobby.
