The hotel is right beside Partas Bus Terminal, which worked well for our trips to and from Cubao, Pasay, Laoag, and Baguio. Our room cost 2000 pesos. I think check-in is at 2 pm, but we arrived at 4 pm and left at noon the next day. There was lots of space, with two single beds and a folding bed, though no extra pillow or blanket. The air conditioning was very cold, and there was a hot shower, toiletries, and coffee. The room also had a small table, chair, and cabinet. The entrance is in the basement, which is also the parking area. We took our two bikes up to the room in the elevator. There’s a water dispenser in the hallway just outside the room. We were there on Jan. 18, 2024.

The staff welcomed us warmly, and the room had the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was nicely furnished and designed. Ergo Hotel Vigan is conveniently located near tourist attractions and restaurants, making it a comfortable and memorable place to stay. I’d highly recommend it for either a business trip or a holiday.

The staff were nice, and the hotel was quiet even with the market out front and a grocery and department store on floors one to three. The entrance is in the basement, where parking is too. That garage felt a bit low, and spaces were limited. We were first checked into a messy room, but they moved us promptly to a cleaner one.

The place felt icky, right near a market. Customer service was bad. There was a wet towel inside our closet, and a faulty light in the room kept sparking even when switched off. We couldn’t move to another room because none were available.

We paid 3,200 for one night, and I barely slept. The room smelled awful, like it was coming from a drain. For that price, it wasn't worth it.
