Hamilton Business Inn

It’s a simple, affordable hotel in a location I really liked, near both the airport and a mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities must have been quite nice and classy at one time, but some are now broken or unusable because of poor maintenance. The rooms need repairs and better cleaning.

The floors hadn’t been mopped from the hallway through to the room and bathroom. Towels were being used as floor mats, and the folded towel was very rough. The rooms were unclean, with a broken air conditioner and dirty pillows, sheets, and curtains. The TV and side tables were dusty, and there were no amenities at all. There’s plenty more I could complain about. Please keep the rooms comfortable and presentable for guests. Save your money and stay at another nearby hotel.

The staff were very accommodating, but the room was untidy and had red ants along the bed. My husband and I had planned to stay four nights, but we checked out that same day after paying for one night, and let our friend stay instead. There was a black bucket in the toilet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I’d suggest looking at other hotels, such as Ever O Hotel or LM Metro Hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rates were affordable. The rooms, though, weren’t very clean.
