There’s free breakfast, though there’s no menu and they choose what to serve. The coffee was good. The TV reception wasn’t great and there’s no cable. WiFi was slow in our room, 108, but fast in the lobby. Ask the front desk for anything you need, such as a flat iron, bottled water, extra soap, or other amenities.

The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. We arrived at 12 NN and knew check-in was at 2 PM, so the wait itself wasn’t the issue. We sat in the lobby for nearly two hours and no one offered help, Wi-Fi details, or even a basic courtesy check. When we politely asked at around 1:50 PM if early check-in was possible, the answer was, “Just read.” I later saw in other Google reviews that early check-in could be available for an extra ₱200 per hour, but nobody mentioned or offered that while we waited. Either staff aren’t trained properly or they simply don’t care. The whole experience showed a lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service. If this is how guests are treated before check-in, I wouldn’t expect better during the stay. I would not recommend it.

The room was clean and quite spacious, and security were helpful as soon as we parked. They also checked which room number we were visiting. There’s no elevator, but a concierge can carry your things. You can hear other guests making noise in the hallway.

This was my worst stay. Service was poor, and I don’t recommend the hotel. It was hard to get through to the front desk, and it took many calls before anyone answered. Staff didn’t attend to our needs. The guard was on his phone the whole time and didn’t help us find parking. The manager wasn’t helpful with our concern and just made excuses.

The hotel and room itself were honestly fine, but the service left me with a bad impression. We stayed from 9/8-9/11, and at 5am on our last day a guest(?) entered our room and woke us up. My partner woke in a panic, then we heard a stranger’s footsteps in the dark. We called the front desk and someone from room service came. He asked if we’d locked the door, and we said yes. He tested it with us THREE times and showed that even without the inside latch locked, you still can’t enter without a keycard. The rooms don’t have a deadbolt. He said they’d check the CCTV. Five hours later, while we were checking out, I asked the front desk what had happened. She said she hadn’t heard about it. I’d understand if she wasn’t on shift, but they still remembered to charge us for requesting room service. All I got was, “We’ll look into it.” The employee seemed tired of dealing with an English speaker and just wanted me to leave. When my family came to pick us up and heard what happened, they complained. Only then did it feel like anyone cared enough to investigate. Around 6-7 staff members stood outside our room with my Uncle trying to understand what had happened. I explained again that the door can’t be opened without a keycard even if the latch isn’t locked. One employee agreed, then a coworker elbowed him, as if telling him to stop talking. I just wanted an explanation and to know they’d actually looked into it. What if that person had wanted to hurt or rob us?
