Mr. Ejaz Mughal deserves special thanks for his personal attention, professionalism, kindness, and the respect he shows guests. He goes out of his way to make people comfortable and deals with concerns promptly, which adds a rare personal touch. City Center Hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious, peaceful rooms and impressive housekeeping. The setting feels safe and welcoming, and the management pays attention to detail. It’s also right in the heart of Abbottabad near the main market, making shopping, eating out, and getting around very convenient for business, family, or leisure trips. With that location, good service, and warm hospitality, the hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended when you’re in Abbottabad.

The staff gave us a warm, professional welcome, and I’ll definitely return. After a busy day, the quiet atmosphere and thoughtful room layout made it easy to unwind. Everything was spotless and comfortable, especially the bed, which gave me a perfect night’s sleep. Highly recommended.

Our staff were happy during the training stay, thanks in part to the hotel manager, Ijaz Mughal, whose good manners stood out. We spent several days there, and the rooms, halls, and staff were all accommodating. The food and drinks were very good too.
