The cramped parking was inside the compound, and the staff wouldn't let us bring dinner from nearby shops into our room. They also took our request for an extra bedsheet badly. Their manner was generally indifferent and arrogant. We had trouble waking them early in the morning when we wanted to leave, even though they'd said they'd get up anytime after the Fajar prayer. I stayed here in September 2024 after a friend recommended and booked it for us. At arrival, the front desk denied having a reservation, then reluctantly gave us a room. It had no air conditioning, yet cost what could get you a decent hotel room with AC. The furniture and fixtures were old, the sheets and blankets were in poor condition, and the old toilet had leaking taps.

It was a pathetic experience. We booked through airbnb, but the maintenance was close to zero. For the price they charge, management should check everything beforehand. Instead, they ended up working in our room's washroom while we waited for the issues to be sorted.
