The food was the best part of our dinner at The Royal desert palm. There were four of us, all brothers, and we ordered 1.5kg mutton, 10 Tika botti and 2 chiniese biryni. Everything tasted great, and the bill came to only 4500 pkr, which didn't seem expensive to us. The staff were honest and served us well. We went there one night ago, and I think it's a nice place for family parties or getting together with friends. I'd ask people to try it once, as I think it's better than peprika hotel in ryk. I have some pictures from The Royal desert palm too.

We stayed at Royal Palm Desert Hotel for one night. The staff were cooperative and the service was good, but the room curtains were damaged and in poor shape. The balcony also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months.

The chicken steak was undercooked, even though the presentation and sauce were nice. Our one-night stay at Royal Palm Desert Hotel was otherwise average. Service was good and the staff were cooperative, but the curtains in the room were broken and the balcony seemed not to have been cleaned for months. The washroom hair dryer didn't work either. Some maintenance and food quality need attention.

The BBQ tikka and kabab pieces were good, but I wouldn't recommend the buffet dinner. The batair seemed old rather than freshly cooked, and the mutton wasn't replenished often, so we had to wait. Its quality wasn't good either. There was almost nothing for children. Dessert was just two kinds of small, dry pastry bites, and they didn't taste good. It felt like they were on dang tapao (in Punjabi), not acting professionally. We waited 15 minutes for a mint margretta, and the supervisor said the machine was khraab. Check the items before dining there.

The ambiance was the only good thing about my visit on 17 Feb 2026. The glasses were broken, the food didn't seem freshly prepared, and both its taste and quantity were poor for the prices. Service was pathetic too. Staff seemed panicked when a girls college group visited and took a very long time to serve them. It was a really bad experience.
