The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food and laundry service were excellent during our two winter nights there. The washroom was a little small, but that wasn't a big problem. You have to climb several stairs to reach reception and the rooms, though I still felt it was worth it.

Service was good and the rooms were decent, but the price felt high: they charge around 5 to 6 thousand for the room alone, without food. The location is manageable. There's no lift, which is a problem for an elderly man.

I found the hotel deeply unprofessional and unethical, and the staff were extremely rude. It felt unsafe in several ways. It's such a bad place that I'd rather sleep on the footpath. I really hope their license gets canceled. I can't recommend it.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were rude, and the place felt completely unsafe for a family. Their conduct was highly unprofessional and unethical. They should fire the staff right away.

We were on the road from Lahore to Karachi and stopped here for one night. We paid 6500, and honestly the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean, the A/C worked at full strength, and service was very good too. I'd recommend it 100% for a short stay.
