We booked while we were nearly in Murree, and it turned out to be a good place to rest. The rooms and washrooms were clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and each room had a fan and a TV. We watched things from our USB, though there’s also cable. It’s on Mall Road, so you can head out there for food and then carry on. Staff were okay. I’d suggest bringing your own bedspread, as I feel that’s best for any hotel.

The staff’s behavior was really discouraging. They were quite decent while I was booking, but afterwards they treated us the way Murree people treat tourists. There was no water, and the room cleaning was average. When we raised a minor complaint, staff responded badly and were even aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend families stay here.

There are only 12 rooms here, and the accommodation is in a basement. The rooms are small and have no windows, the bathrooms are tiny, and some rooms don’t have a closet or wardrobe. There’s a UPS, but it lasts less than an hour. Room service is basic, and you have to eat in your room. It works if you just leave your bags, spend the day outside, and come back to sleep. Mall Road is easy to reach via a slightly uphill walkway through a bazaar.

The building looked newly built, and the staff were cooperative. We stayed two nights and had a good room with a clean attached bathroom and a small water heater. I enjoyed the stay.

We got a great price, and the staff were helpful, kind, and soft-spoken. It can get a bit noisy when families are around. I accidentally left my Samsung Galaxy S9 behind after checkout, but Abdusalam Abbasi and yasir Mahmood Abbasi called and returned it. They were really honest. Thanks for the hospitality.
