I’m here with my family and kids, stuck in freezing rooms and toilets with no water. maisonette firhill had no water or heaters all day, not even water in the washrooms, while it was snowy and -1 degree. I’m spending 60k rent here. What the hell is this? Crazy.

The room was clean, the heating worked well, and hot water was available round the clock. I had an excellent experience.

A beautifully built resort in a calm location. Both the quality and service are excellent.

The location is ideal if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road, and the rooms are spacious and nicely arranged. But the washroom wasn’t clean, and room service only came after I complained. They also need to train the staff and make sure they honor the offers and policies they promise. We were told each room would get two small water bottles and two pieces of clothing pressed free every day. During our stay, staff denied these offers and asked us to pay for the items and service. I hope management sorts this out before the complaints spread by word of mouth.

The place felt peaceful, warm, and welcoming, almost like home. Maisonette Hotel was comfortable, elegant, and run by a highly professional management team. A really delightful stay, and I can’t wait to return.
