The staff listened to what we needed and acted on it, which made a real difference. My daughter wanted ice cream, and someone kindly went to get it from the nearby market. The kids’ play area is small but well kept, with 4 slides and 2 swings. Our room was 113. The rooms were spotless, the washrooms very clean, and the food was good too. Mall road is near, though I didn’t go there. It’s a great place to spend a night or 2.

The room itself was good, but the staff ruined the stay. Room service was terrible, and when I asked why nobody was responding, receptionist Mohsin was extremely rude. They clearly didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I travel often and had a really good time here. It was genuinely good value and good quality. I’d suggest trying for a room above reception, since those rooms are more spacious and have a better view than the ones on the ground. The location is good too, very close to kashmir point, where horse riding and train ride services are available. I thought the advertised "movie night" might just be a marketing gimmick, but there was actually a projector with Youtube, and our kid had fun.
