Being near Burns Road is a real plus if you like street food, and the hotel's central spot covers most needs. It's also budget-friendly, with no load shedding and steady water during my stay. I got juice while checking in, plus breakfast, free internet, toiletries, towels, slippers, a prayer mat, and tissues. The rooms have AC, and the staff were polite and cooperative. Laundry is available for a fee. The room matched the photos, though the pictures are old and things naturally wear over time. One tip: bring two bedsheets from home, since you can't really trust the mattress and sheets at any hotel. And if you've got money to spend and want lots of frills, there are plenty of pricier options.

The online photos and description gave a very different impression from what I found. The room smelled strange and cleanliness was poor. It felt overpriced and overrated, and the whole experience was disgusting.

The food was fresh and tasty, and the whole place felt pleasant and relaxing. I found the location central and convenient for either work or leisure. My room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, with a comfortable bed and the facilities I needed. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. I had a great stay at Crown Inn Hotel and would recommend it for comfort and good service.

Don't trust the photos. I spent one night there and had a terrible stay. The room smelled awful, and the bedsheets and pillow were really dirty. Breakfast was part of my package, but the dining area was dark and some people were cooking in the kitchen. I had to shout to get anyone's attention, and nobody responded, so I went into the kitchen myself. It was so dirty that I ran back out. I wouldn't even consider staying there.
