They acknowledged there may have been “miscommunication” among the staff, but still made me leave early. If their team gave me the wrong information, the hotel should honor what I was told at check-in. This was thoroughly unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. I arrived at 9 AM and told the staff I planned to check out around 6 or 7 PM. They agreed, without mentioning any early check-in fees or restrictions. The room rates were extremely high, and they wouldn’t offer even a 1% discount. When I asked about breakfast included, they said it would only be available the next morning. After I’d been there for just three hours, staff from the next shift woke me up and said I had to check out because I’d checked in early. Nobody had explained that policy when I arrived. I asked them to check with the earlier staff, but they kept insisting I leave. They gave me until 2 PM at most, then called again and again, making me check out after only five hours.

Had a great dinner with friends at Lounge. The ambience was excellent, the service was good, and the food was tasty.

The service is pathetic. I’m at the hotel right now writing this. I ordered wings, but nobody asked about ice or water, and I didn’t get either. A big no. Don’t visit!

The hospitality here was missing the respect guests deserve. The guard and manager need proper training in how to speak to people. Management is terrible and the staff are unprofessional.
