Xefan Hotels

The night staff deserve a special mention. Mr. Syed Sadquain Ali, the incharge, was extremely polite, cooperative, and always available when I needed something. His professionalism made the stay even better. The rooms were clean, the surroundings peaceful, and the facilities well-maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout my comfortable stay. A great experience, and highly recommended.

We stayed two days, and it was a terrible experience from the start. The customer service and support were pathetic, and management behaved badly. They charged more than five hundred for ironing a single piece and blackmailed customers for extra money. I rate this a third-class hotel and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

🚨 Red alert 🚨 Please don’t stay here alone, especially if you’re a woman or girl. Hotel staff have master keys and entered a room without knocking or informing anyone. That felt extremely unsafe and unacceptable. Be careful at all times. To protect your dignity and safety, I strongly advise avoiding this place. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, and the lobby and rooms always smelled fresh. Bakhoor made the place smell amazing. Call ahead with requests and they’ll cater to them. We also hosted an event, which management handled very well, and the lunch served there was delicious. Breakfast is included and substantial. You may have heard of it, but Xefan on Main Shahrah i Faisal is a good experience too.
