I only managed one night here out of my three in Karachi. The price started at 7000, went up to 10000, then settled somewhere in between, with each staff member quoting something different. New staff wouldn’t honor the earlier price. There’s no key for the room door either, so I couldn’t lock it when leaving. I had an official e-visa email from the government of pakistan (@gov.pk) with my approval, number, issue date, and 90-day validity. I was on day #16, but staff kept saying I didn’t have a visa and asking me for it again, sometimes every hour as a different person came by. They didn’t accept the different visa formats the government of pakistan issues, even though I had three sets of visa photos from my computer, email, and phone. If you don’t like the formats your government provides, take it up with them. Stop harassing foreigners over their visa format.

I’ve been living here since 2020, and it feels like my second home 💖. Hotel Seven is in Bath Island, Gulshan-e-Faisal, Karachi, near 3 Talwar, in what I think is one of the city’s safest areas. The High Court, Supreme Court judges’ houses, and other senior government officials’ homes are nearby. The area is clean and felt safe to me. My room was spacious, luxurious, and well kept, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. The hotel kept my luggage secure, and the 24-hour front desk added to that feeling. Staff were very cooperative and made sure I had what I needed. For all those amenities, the price is economical and good value. I highly recommend Hotel Seven for business or leisure stays.

The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome coming and going. They even helped me make a phone call when I needed one. Hotel Seven 7 was very comfortable and accommodating. I’d recommend it if you’re in Karachi. Thanks for the hospitality!
