Even staying for free wouldn't have made this acceptable. The environment was awful, with filthy rooms, broken furniture, wrecked restrooms, unclean bedding and sheets, untidy rooms, and worn blankets. Every part of the place was the worst, and it was a total waste of money. I had to be in Lahore for four nights, but after one painful night at shamrock, I found somewhere a million times better for the same price and stayed there for the next three nights. Highly not recommended. Improve your services or shut down!

It was dusty and unclean. I wouldn't recommend it.

The receptionist was amazing, but the hotel didn't serve food. We had to order it ourselves or send the waiter, who took ages to come back. There were five of us in a room meant for four, but extra accommodation wasn't a problem since they were ready with different solutions. The hot and cold water and the clean restroom were a five-star hit.

The staff are accommodating, and the place feels quite comfortable, with high ceilings. It's an unpolished gem with lots of potential to be great, though somehow it isn't.

Even with family, this is a very nice place to stay. It feels like home.
