The gym is nice, and some rooms are good, but cleanliness and comfort need more attention. The bathroom tiles could use a proper scrub, and I wasn't sure anyone was checking these things. There were cockroaches in the restaurant. I also had trouble getting hot water: before every shower I had to ask someone to set it up, since the geyser wasn't in my room. That was disruptive, and on my last day the water was only lukewarm, so I couldn't shower properly.

I had a good time in Lahore, and enjoyed the spacious room, service, and great gym area 💪. Nasser HK Manager and all the housekeeping staff were great.

At 1:49 a.m. we were still waiting for mattresses, and our little children had fallen asleep on chairs and in corners, exhausted and confused. It was painful to watch. We had booked a day ahead, and during a confirmation call that morning I clearly said we'd arrive around 5 p.m. Staff confidently assured me the room would be ready by 4:30. We checked in at 7, stepped out briefly, and trusted everything would be in place when we returned. It wasn't. When we asked again at midnight, we were told the entire hotel had only ONE mattress available. There was no room change or other solution, just silence and more waiting. The room still had no mattresses at 1:30 a.m. This was a night of discomfort, disappointment, and tears, especially distressing for a family with young children. Is this the hospitality they promised? I'm truly heartbroken and deeply disappointed.

The service was very poor. Every 30 minutes there was an irritating noise. Room service had no sense of timing or manners, and I had to call four or five times for even a small task. I wouldn't recommend it.
