I had a good experience here. The staff were responsive, and the service was good.

The room had the essentials, including a heater, and hot water was available all day. The hotel is also very conveniently placed near metro and train connections. We had a very good stay, and I'd recommend it as a decent choice for a family staycation.

The TV channels weren't working, there was no warm water, and there wasn't a proper place to sit and eat dinner in the room. My executive room was very small, and they didn't provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. They need to sort these things out. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the furniture, carpets, and linen were acceptable. The toiletries were reasonable too. I came to Lahore for a two-day work trip a couple of months ago, and although I checked in late at night, the porter and receptionist were both professional and pleasant. One thing to plan for: the kitchen closes around 11 PM, so you'll need to arrive earlier or eat dinner elsewhere if checking in late. I'd recommend it as a budget hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the food wasn't good, so I'd eat out. This is a budget hotel with the basics, not a contemporary or fancy place. Bring cash for the upfront payment since they don't accept cards.
