Hill View Hotel

A comfortable place to stay in central Islamabad, with spacious parking and trained staff. The reception team were friendly and cooperative, and the restaurant food was tasty. Cleanliness was at an excellent level. Good value too, and recommended.

The staff were awesome, and breakfast was a generous local self-service spread. My room was large and well equipped, with a safe, TV, air conditioning, fridge, free drinking water, and toiletries. The mattress, towels, and bed linen were good too.

The customer service was among the worst I've experienced. They may as well call the place a "Hostel." Guests can't come in after 11:30, a rule I've never encountered at an international or local hotel before. The staff were just fine. The rooms were okay, but the lighting was very dim and maintenance was needed. At this price I'd choose Serena or Movenpick instead. A terrible stay.

The location worked perfectly, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and the service stayed excellent throughout. I was welcomed professionally from the moment I arrived. MR.Hassam, the front office Duty Manager, was especially humble. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with what I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the property was kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
