The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and we had almost no water in the washrooms much of the time. During our six-day northern areas trip, five of us stayed at Casa Blanca Guest House in Islamabad, and the room locks were broken or barely worked, which left us feeling unsafe. Wi-Fi was so slow it was practically unusable, and power went off after midnight with no backup. This was one of our worst stays. I’d tell future tourists to avoid it if they expect even basic comfort, and choose another guest house in the area.

The condition was nothing like the pictures, and there was severe seepage throughout the property. A damaged room wall was made of plywood, so people could see in and out. They called the guest house Casanova, but it was actually Casablanca, and gave customers no reason for the different name. The staff were unprofessional. Hamza misbehaved and wouldn’t accept the issues I raised because he wasn’t at the property and said he couldn’t come. I sent him photos of the wall, but he still denied it. Pathetic experience. I wouldn’t recommend booking or visiting.

At first you get one of the most beautiful rooms, but after a while you realize the TV remote doesn't work. If it happens to work by some miracle, the internet still doesn't. Water from the shower comes out in drops, so you have to wait for it to come.

The room was totally unmaintained. We took a picture of a broken wall made of wood, with people able to see in and out. The owner, "hamza," argued, misbehaved, and denied that the services matched what was shown in the pictures or provided in reality.

The one good thing is the convenient spot near Centaurus Mall and Jinnah Super Market. The rooms are poorly maintained, the toilets are unhygienic, and the bathroom accessories are below standard. Worn-out mattress and pillows made the stay uncomfortable. It isn't value for money, and I wouldn't recommend it.
