Heaven Hotel

The staff didn't seem interested in helping, and they ignored our requests for extra towels or cleaning supplies. The room was filthy, with trash everywhere, dirty carpets, and unmade beds. There were insects all around, including cockroaches in the bathroom, where there was no hot water. The air smelled stale and musty. A horrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it or come back. Shame on you. 1/5 stars.

The residence floor was okay, but the entrance didn't look like a place worth paying that much to stay in. I only had tea there and breakfast the next morning, which was above average. The stay itself was good, just not too good.

Heaven Hotel Lahore is handy if you need to be near the airport, probably its only real advantage. The staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciated, but the stay left me disappointed. The room, bathroom, bedding, towels, and even the ironing machine weren't clean or well kept. I wasn't expecting luxury, just better hygiene. Facilities and comfort were okay, and Wi-Fi worked, but it didn't feel worth the money. Breakfast was average: the parathas were doughy and undercooked, while the aloo bhujia was the one decent thing on the plate. It's a 3-star hotel in Pakistan, so don't expect clean stuff. It might work for a quick airport stopover, but not much else.

The room was spacious and the bed reasonably comfortable, and the restaurant food I ordered was decent. Staff in both the restaurant and reception were very helpful. Breakfast was included, but I had to leave early for my flight and didn't get to try it. The gym upstairs had dated looking but functional equipment. The main disappointment was the shower's lack of hot water early in the morning, when I needed a quick wash before heading to the airport. I also noticed a few minor bathroom maintenance issues. Still, 12000Rs ...£34 for a double room with breakfast felt like reasonably good value, and the airport is only 15/20 mins away. I'd stay again.
