At Khan Regency Hotel, I found the service disappointing and the staff disrespectful and unprofessional. It made my stay uncomfortable. I was also concerned about safety and security, particularly for families. My experience didn’t meet expectations, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service. Based on my stay, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The rooms were clean and the location was great, with reasonable prices. The blankets felt a little damp because of the weather. I’d definitely recommend it.

The cleaning, Wi-Fi, and breakfast service all left me dissatisfied, and the staff were rude. I won’t be back. I don’t think this place deserves its 4-star rating. I’d give it 0.4 stars.

The service was bad, and the staff were abusive. The home was unclean, and the rooms were small. There was no soap or towel in the bathroom. The food was unhygienic and tasted bad for students on a trip.

It was good, though it’s a way from mall Road.
