Summer Retreat Hotel

The room rent was somewhat higher than I expected, and I had a very unpleasant encounter with a security staff member named Naveed. He wasn’t wearing a uniform, so I couldn’t tell if he was actually a security guard. When I politely asked who he was, he didn’t introduce himself and instead spoke harshly and rudely, without any reason. Two guards were there, and their aggressive attitude made me feel things could have turned physical if other people hadn’t stepped in to calm it down. That behavior was unacceptable and a stark contrast with the hotel’s otherwise excellent service. Most of the staff were professional and courteous, and made sure my needs were met with a smile. Manager Zeeshan and waiter Hassam were especially polite and professional in every interaction, and helped make the experience exceptional.

The lush green grassy lawns and great views made this a lovely place to stay. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good all the time. I visited last week and had an amazing experience. It’s a family place in NATHYIAGALI, and I fully recommend it for a family stay. Must visit and enjoy your stay with family.

Breakfast wasn’t included. The executive room cost 33k and the deluxe 26k. Food is served at the nearby Green Retreat, while Summer Retreat has only coffee, tea, juices, and similar drinks. The rooms are good, but check the washroom for cloth hangings. The view is excellent, and the weather was nice. Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 5/5 Hotel highlight: great view.

We stayed at summer retreat recently with a corporate group. The rooms are good and the location is really good, but the service was probably the worst I’ve experienced in vacation rentals. The man in charge, Asif shah, would agree to one thing and then do the opposite. When we asked what had been agreed, he’d ask for more money. The behavior was a serious problem too: they literally shouted at a couple of people in our group. I’d never recommend this place. Don’t compromise on service for the location, it can really mess up your trip.
