What a terrible experience in Islamabad. There was miscommunication about everything, the AC didn’t work in any of the rooms, and there was no service at all.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were attentive. Many thanks to Adnan, who was such a helpful, kind person. Hats off to their hospitality.
